This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on the Daily99 Platform. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

DAILY99 COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Daily99”) is committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and dispatch orders, the delivery timelines you can expect, applicable shipping charges, how to track your delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Daily99 operates as both a direct seller (“Daily99 Direct”) and as a marketplace for third-party Vendors. For Vendor products, fulfilment and shipping are managed by the respective Vendor using their chosen logistics provider. Daily99 provides a unified tracking experience through the Shipway logistics tracking integration, regardless of the fulfilling party.

2. Delivery Coverage

Daily99 delivers to most pin codes across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities, and a broad range of semi-urban and rural locations. Delivery coverage is subject to availability and may vary based on the fulfilling Vendor’s logistics capabilities.

At checkout, you will be informed whether delivery is available to your specified delivery address. Some products may be available for delivery only in certain pin codes or regions due to product restrictions, logistics limitations, or regulatory considerations. Daily99 does not guarantee delivery to all pin codes at all times and reserves the right to update coverage without prior notice.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

3.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 (one) business day of payment confirmation (“Processing Time”). Processing includes inventory verification, quality check (for Daily99 Direct items), packaging, and handover to the logistics partner. For Vendor products, Vendors are required to dispatch orders within 2 (two) business days of order confirmation.

3.2 Dispatch Notification

You will receive a dispatch notification via SMS, email, and/or in-app notification when your order has been handed over to the logistics partner. The notification will include your shipment tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

3.3 Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines (from the date of dispatch) are as follows:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 to 4 business days;
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4 to 7 business days;
  • Semi-urban and rural areas: 7 to 10 business days;
  • Remote, hilly, or island locations (Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, parts of North-East India, high-altitude regions): 10 to 14 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to high demand periods, public holidays, weather conditions, logistics partner delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

During peak periods such as festivals, sale events, and public holidays, delivery timelines may be extended. Daily99 will display estimated delivery dates at checkout and communicate any significant delays via tracking updates.

5. Shipping Charges

5.1 Standard Shipping

Shipping charges (if any) applicable to your order are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Shipping charges may vary based on the delivery pin code, product weight, dimensions, and the fulfilling party (Daily99 Direct or Vendor).

5.2 Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders above a specified order value threshold, for specific products, or during promotional periods. Free shipping eligibility is displayed on product listing pages and at checkout. Daily99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping offers at any time.

5.3 Shipping Charges for Returns

For eligible returns initiated within the Return Window, reverse pickup is arranged at no charge to the Buyer in most cases. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on return shipping costs in cases where reverse pickup is unavailable.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can track your delivery through:

  • The Daily99 App: navigate to “My Orders” and select your order to view real-time tracking information;
  • The Daily99 website: visit www.daily99.com, log in, and access “My Orders”;
  • The tracking link provided in your dispatch notification SMS or email;
  • The Shipway tracking portal using your airway bill number.

Tracking information is updated in real time by the logistics partner. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 48 hours after dispatch, or if you experience any other tracking issue, please contact us at support@daily99.com with your order number.

7. Multi-Vendor Orders

If your cart contains products from multiple Vendors, each Vendor will fulfil and ship their items independently. This means that:

  • You may receive multiple packages at different times, even for a single checkout;
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number and tracking link;
  • Your Order History will display all shipments as a single order with items grouped by Vendor and per-Vendor tracking;
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may be assessed per Vendor shipment;
  • Delivery timelines may differ across Vendors for the same checkout.

Please track each shipment individually using the tracking information provided in your dispatch notifications.

8. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders

8.1 Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address specified in your order. If no one is available to receive the package on the first attempt, the delivery agent will leave a notification or contact you on your registered mobile number. You may be able to reschedule delivery through the logistics provider’s app or portal.

8.2 Failed Delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, or if you refuse delivery, the package will be marked as “Return to Origin” (RTO) and returned to the dispatch location. In such cases:

  • A refund for the product price will be processed after the package is received and inspected at the warehouse (RTO processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days);
  • Original shipping charges (if paid) may be deducted from the refund;
  • A re-delivery fee may apply if you request the order to be reshipped.

8.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Daily99 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address. Address changes after dispatch may not always be possible and are subject to logistics partner support.

9. Receipt of Delivery

9.1 Inspection on Delivery

We recommend that you inspect the outer packaging of your package at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, tampered with, or opened, please either:

  • Refuse the delivery and note the reason with the delivery agent; or
  • Accept the delivery and immediately raise a damage report through “My Orders” within 48 hours, with photographs of the packaging and the product.

9.2 Proof of Delivery

Delivery may be confirmed by a digital OTP (one-time password) provided to your registered mobile number, a physical signature, or photographic proof captured by the delivery agent. OTP-based delivery confirmation is a secure process and your OTP should not be shared with anyone other than the delivery agent at the point of delivery.

10. Damage During Transit

If a product is damaged during transit (as distinct from manufacturing defects), please report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by raising a return request through “My Orders” with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Daily99 will investigate and, if the damage is confirmed to be transit-related, will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy, at no cost to you.

Daily99 and its Vendors take all reasonable steps to ensure secure packaging of products. However, in cases of clear packaging fault, the Vendor or Daily99 will be responsible for the cost of replacement or refund.

11. Special Circumstances and Force Majeure

Daily99 will not be liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, cyclones, earthquakes, pandemics, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, severe weather conditions, or disruptions to logistics networks. In such circumstances, Daily99 will notify you of the delay and provide an updated estimated delivery date where possible.

Deliveries to certain regions may be affected by security restrictions, statutory restrictions, or regulatory requirements applicable in those areas. Daily99 may be unable to fulfil orders to restricted zones and will notify you and issue a refund if your order is affected.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available as a payment option for eligible orders and pin codes, as displayed at checkout. COD orders are subject to:

  • A COD handling fee (if applicable), displayed at checkout;
  • Payment in exact cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery;
  • Availability at the discretion of the logistics partner serving your pin code;
  • COD is not available for all products, Vendors, or locations.

If you refuse a COD order without valid cause, Daily99 reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from your account.

13. Offline Truck Sales Channel

In addition to its digital Platform, Daily99 operates an offline truck-based sales channel in select locations, enabling customers to discover and purchase products in person at designated truck stops. Purchases made through the offline truck channel are subject to:

  • The same Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, and Gamification rules as online purchases;
  • Immediate product handover at the point of sale;
  • Returns for truck-channel purchases must be initiated through the Platform within the applicable Return Window, with the truck-purchase receipt as proof;
  • Delivery to a specified address is not applicable for truck-channel purchases (products are taken at the point of sale).
